Ordering Online
Applying for a trading account online
By creating an online account at www.redcuckoo.co.uk you will be requested to submit your company details as well as account information such as email and password. Once you submit these details our account manager will activate your account within 24 hours (except weekend and bank holidays) if you meet our requirements.
Placing an order on www.redcuckoo.co.uk
Once your account is active, you will need to login by entering your email address and password to place an order. Simply browse the collections on the website and choose the products you wish to purchase, select your product and add to your basket. Alternatively, you can use the search bar at the top right of webpages, or choose the search terms such as size, colour or price range on the left, the system will select and display the products based on your criteria. When you've finished shopping, proceed to the checkout for payment. We accept all major credit/debit cards or bank transfer.
