These are the Terms & Conditions which apply to your purchase through our website www.redcuckoo.co.uk. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is given when your order from our website. Please read these carefully before ordering.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. As a reseller of Red Cuckoo we expect
Delivery Information
All orders are dispatched using a trackable service, you will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
A delivery charge of £10 will apply to all sales orders below the value of £300.00 exclusive of VAT within the United Kingdom Mainland, for all deliveries outside the United Kingdom Mainland the relevant charge by our delivery partners will apply.
Customers within the United Kingdom Mainland will not be charged for the delivery on Sales Orders above the value of £300.00 exclusive of VAT. For all deliveries outside the United Kingdom Mainland the relevant charge by our delivery partners will apply.
We offer a next day delivery service for orders within the United Kingdom Mainland, all other destinations outside the United Kingdom Mainland will take longer. Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure that your order is delivered within a reasonable timescale, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that it will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partners. In these circumstances, delivery charges will not normally be refunded.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be given unless factory faulty items are purchased and an exchange is not satisfactory.
We only refund standard Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery charges.
Returns Policy
We can only accept returns that have a factory fault which have been brought to our attention within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items which have been bought at clearance (sale or special offer) price are non-returnable.
All faults need to be reported via email to returns@redcuckoo.co.uk, please supply company name, product code, date purchased and also clear images and description of the issue.
We will then look into the matter for you ASAP, however please allow 48 hours for us to do so.
Return Instructions
Once authorised please send any returns in the original packaging with a copy of your invoice, company details and details of the fault to the following address:

Incorrect Goods Received/Shortages
We inspect and double check all orders before being dispatched to ensure you receive the correct items. However if for some reason the product you have received is not what you ordered or short, please contact returns@redcuckoo.co.uk immediately quoting your company name, order number and details of the products. We will then advise on how to proceed.
